The County could analyze and study ways to become more energy efficient.
Douglas County could provide educational opportunities to residents and businesses on how to become more energy efficient and/or to know what grants, rebates, incentives and technologies are available to you to become more energy efficient.
The County could offer rebates or other incentives that help residents and businesses become more energy efficient, either directly or in cooperation with organizations that currently offer such benefits.
