County transparency increases with online project locator

Finding local residential and commercial development projects and proposed zoning/land-use amendments just got easier with Douglas County’s new Active Planning Project Locator (APPL) map tool available online at http://gis.douglas.co.us/appl/.

This new online tool allows citizens to locate a project based on the area in which it is located rather than by project name or number. Those who are aware of the project number, parcel number, address, or planner assigned to the project can also search by that detail.
