Chatfield Open House
Attend open house on policy changes to Chatfield Valley Subarea of 2030 CMP
Proposed recommendations to draft policies of the Chatfield Valley Subarea portion of the 2030 Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) will be the subject of a Douglas County-hosted open house on Wednesday, May 20 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Roxborough Primary School, 8000 Village Circle West. A presentation outlining the proposed changes will be given at 6:30 p.m.
The Chatfield Valley Subarea consists of areas west of Rampart Range Road and north of Chatfield Farms and Titan Road.
The public had an opportunity to provide input at an open house on March 12 and may continue to provide input through the referral period that ends on May 8. This input, as well as input from referral agencies, will be considered in the creation of the draft policies to be presented at the upcoming open house.
Following the May 20 open house, staff will review all comments, make additional changes as needed and then present the CMP amendment to the Planning Commission at a Public Hearing for its consideration.
