Douglas County’s final 2030 Transportation Plan open house inviting public input will be held on June 24th at 6:00 pm in the Commissioners hearing room at the Douglas County Philip S. Miller Building, 100 Third St. in Castle Rock. 

Displays of draft maps and charts revealing the process of the plan development and proposed final draft of the 2030 Transportation Plan will be available for the public to review.  A 30-minute presentation will be given at 6:30 p.m. followed by a question and answer session. 

This Plan guides the County in making future modifications to transportation facilities ranging from major road widening and construction projects to the addition of bike lanes.  Transportation modifications affect the day-to-day travel of Douglas County residents.
