Douglas County will host an open house on Monday, June 29 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Roxborough Library, 8357 N. Rampart Range Rd. in the Lockheed Martin meeting room, at which a revised Chatfield Valley Subarea map, reflecting public input, will be presented.

Douglas County previously held two open houses in the Roxborough area regarding an amendment to the Chatfield Valley Subarea portion of the 2030 Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP), which consists of areas west of Rampart Range Road and north of Chatfield Farms and Titan Road.  Input received from the public and referral agencies was taken into account in drafting policies and making changes to the proposed map. 

Planning staff will present the original and revised maps to the Planning Commission at their June 8 meeting.  Outcomes from the Planning Commission’s work session will also be presented at the June 29th open house.
