Audio recordings of public meetings now on County Web site

Audio recordings of Douglas County Commissioner Business Meetings, Public Hearings and Special Public Hearings are now available on the County’s Web site. The most current four weeks of meetings will be available online. Past recordings of business meetings, public hearings and special public hearings are available by request.

Business Meetings are held every Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the Hearing Room of the Philip S. Miller Building (100 Third Street, Castle Rock).  The Business Meeting Agenda is posted on the County’s Web site prior to the scheduled meeting date. 

Public Hearings and Land Use Meetings agenda items which, under state law or adopted county rules, require formal published notice are generally the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 2:30 p.m. in the hearing room of the Philip S. Miller Building (100 Third Street, Castle Rock).  The Public Hearing Agenda is posted prior to the scheduled meeting date. 

Special Public Hearings are scheduled by the County Commissioners as needed.
