		<description>Considering the current state of economics and budget constraints, as well as such a high percentage of voters already utilizing the mail ballot, I think now is the perfect time to transition to a mail ballot-only for the upcoming primary election.  I think this is a win-win move for the county as well as taxpayers.</description>
