A presentation by the Castle Pines Metropolitan District to the Douglas County Commissioners on roundabouts proposed for Happy Canyon Road was planned for June 29, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. for information only.  However, the Commissioners have had requests from various groups to schedule this presentation for an evening meeting instead  and to allow citizen comment on this project.

This is NOTICE that the Commissioners have agreed to an evening Public Meeting  which has been scheduled for June 29, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, Colorado.

PLEASE NOTE – No action will be taken at this meeting. Commissioners will hear the presentation and public comment and will take this request under consideration.  A decision will be rendered at a subsequent Public Meeting – date to be determined.
